While foreign populations struggle with runaway inflation and economic instability, NDRC citizens benefit from the Centralized Resource Allocation System (CRAS), which ensures predictable pricing and availability of essential goods.

"The so-called 'cost of living crisis' is a direct result of allowing market forces to operate unchecked," explained the Director of Economic Compliance. "In the NDRC, prices are set by qualified administrators who understand true value, not by chaotic supply and demand."

Under the CRAS, citizens receive allocated quantities of essential goods based on their Chargeability Score and Department affiliation. This eliminates the stress of 'shopping around' or worrying about price fluctuations.

Recent surveys show 94% of NDRC citizens prefer the predictability of allocated resources over the 'freedom' to make poor purchasing decisions. The 6% who expressed concerns have been enrolled in mandatory Gratitude Reeducation Programs.

The Ministry of Truth reminds citizens that complaining about allocated quantities or quality may negatively impact their Chargeability Score and future allocation levels.
